Michael Cocuzza - CEO
Michael graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Since graduating Michael has worked in the power generation field ranging from product design, testing, troubleshooting, and bringing new products to market among others. Michael has developed a portfolio of multiple issued and pending patents.
With a passion for energy, Michael has utilized his expertise in power generation, and is currently developing state of the art power and heating systems.
Kevin Bouley - Principal and Business Advisor
Kevin is President and CEO of Nerac, Inc., (http://www.nerac.com) a global technology and IP advisory research firm. A recognized leader in the information industry and Connecticut native, Kevin earned his undergraduate degree in Finance in 1980 from the University of Connecticut.
As a thought-leader for the Tolland technology corridor, Kevin is an active Angel investor, nurturing innovation, investing money and resources in numerous start-ups, many of which are hosted within a unique business development environment at Nerac. He supports the startup community
with bi-monthly XcellR8 meetings, assisting and advising local entrepreneurs. Kevin is active in entrepreneurially focused activities at UConn, including Innovation Quest, ENGR 5300, Nursing Innovations and the Third Bridge Grant Advisory Board.
Kevin is presently on the UConn School of Engineering Advisory Board, the UConn School of Business Advisory Cabinet and formerly served on the boards of the Connecticut Technology Council (CTC) and the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA). Kevin received the UConn Alumni Association 2007 University Service Award, the UConn School of Engineering 2010 Distinguished Service Award, and was inducted into the UConn School of Business 2014 Hall of Fame, among many others.

Dr. Mike Curtis serves as a business advisor to the founder and CEO. His role as energy entrepreneur with extensive contacts in the northeast is well known and the basis of his strong relationships with Siemens, Schneider Electric, UTC Power (formerly), Fuel Cell energy, Hydro Holdings, Titan Energy and numerous municipal and industrial concerns.
Before SES, Dr. Curtis was the Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Fuss and O’Neill(F&O), a 250 person firm in Manchester,CT. His role evolved over the years from Project Manager in the Industrial Services Group to Director of Strategic Development,
leading the firm in new ventures, start-ups, and direction. While at F&O he grew a sizable, nationally-known industrial service group, starting as an Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) compliance-oriented practice; driving growth in this market sector to a point where it is F&O’s largest business practice.
